LAGUNA AGATE DESIGNER CABOCHON (MEXICO) -- 30.86 CT. FREE SHAPE

A lovely and increasingly rare full-pattern designer cabochon from the world-famous Laguna agate deposit in northern Mexico. It features muted pink to mauve hues with intricate banding; no cracks or inclusions.  The modern designer free shape is highly polished front and back, with a medium-low dome and correct angles for easy setting.  It weighs approx. 30.86 ct. and measures about 35 x 28 x 4 mm.  It's suitable for all jewelry uses with no treatment of any kind.  Some regard agate as an alternate for the September birthstone.
